Job Purpose/Summary

The Logistics and Network Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the timely delivery and pickup of equipment and supplies at customer and branch locations. This role ensures that all deliveries, installations, and returns are executed efficiently while maintaining a high level of organization and accuracy. The Coordinator also plays a key role in managing network installations for new placements and serves as a primary point of contact for customer onboarding and order implementation.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Prepare and load equipment and supplies for delivery.

  • Ensure all required delivery and pickup documentation is completed, including obtaining customer signatures on necessary forms.

  • Verify operator manuals are delivered or returned, as applicable, and obtain customer initials on equipment movement forms.

  • Pick up all supplies with returned equipment and complete return forms.

  • Install and uninstall accessories on equipment at customer locations and provide a brief demonstration upon delivery.

  • Secure returned equipment by shrink-wrapping and tagging with appropriate identification forms.

  • Verify the accuracy of equipment meters and properly document readings.

  • Scan all equipment movement forms into the appropriate account in E-Automate and notify the relevant billing and sales representatives.

  • Maintain a daily driver log to track deliveries and pickups.

  • Assist the warehouse manager with equipment preparation, including tagging, unboxing, and staging equipment.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse, including breaking down boxes, disposing of trash, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.

  • Conduct daily maintenance checks and weekly inspections on the delivery vehicle, reporting any issues promptly.

  • Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.

  • Travel: This position requires travel to customer locations for deliveries, pickups, and installations.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus.

  • 1-3 years of experience in delivery, warehouse operations, or logistics preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies.

  • Proficiency in using logistics management software and Microsoft Office products.

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
